JomboMall Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/2025

At JomboMall, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if the following conditions are met:
✅ The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
✅ The product is not in the non-returnable items list (see Section 5).

Note: Products damaged due to customer negligence or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.


2. Refund Process & Deductions

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed with the following deductions:

🔹 2% Service Cost Deduction
service cost of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction and processing fees.

🔹 21% Referral Commission Deduction (If Applicable)
If the product was purchased using a referral link, the refund amount will be less the 21% commission paid to the referrer.

Example:

  • Product Price: $100
  • Referral Commission (21%): -$21
  • Service Cost (2% of $100): -$2
  • Final Refund Amount: $77

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Open a ticket from your profile within the return window.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
3️⃣ Once approved, ship the item to our return address (will be provided).
4️⃣ After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for a similar or different item of equal value.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
❌ Digital products (e.g., e-books, software)
❌ Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
❌ Customized or made-to-order items


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • If an order has already been processed, the customer must go through the standard return process.
